MCCA Code of Ethics
Early Childhood Educators must make choices in their work, based on professional ethics, using a thoughtful decision-making process. The Manitoba Child Care Association offers a series of Ethic workshops and has developed a Code of Ethics. Day Nursery Centre expects our staff to take this training and to follow this Code of Ethics.
